Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy – Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits and full payments made in advance. Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the payment. By booking an SMP service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
